I am a personal coach, certified life and health coach, a personal trainer, a wife, mum, daughter, sister, and friend. Most of my early working life was as a graphic designer, something I still enjoy doing for friends, family, and myself. One of my favourite things, when I get the chance, is to spend time in the forest. I grew up near the Redwoods in Rotorua and the feel of the forest is my absolute happy place.
I also love to exercise, something I never thought I would ever say (anyone that has known me since my youthful days of drinking and smoking will attest to this). I particularly enjoy boxing for fitness, weight training, and walking/running at my local beach.
The role food plays in mental as well as physical health is a subject I’m passionate about, and my continued education in this area is something I enjoy and value investing my time in. I love food, but dislike cooking, you won’t see stylised pics of food coming from my kitchen, but I may share pics and recipes from others that are much happier in that arena.
I have spent many years finding what works for me and I now see, and have experienced, what good food and moving my body does for my own wellbeing. I look forward to working with you to find your winning formula.
